On Saturday, April 5, JV Baseball hosted Benedictine on Petey Jacobs' Field, winning 15-5.
The first two innings saw both teams cancelling each other's offenses out, with each team scoring two runs in the 1st inning. Going into the 5th inning, the Saints were narrowly ahead 5-3.
It was in the 4th inning that the Saints' offense broke away. By the time the Cadets were up to bat at the top of the 5th, the Saints were up 13-3.
Notable performances on offense came from Chris Cheuk '28, Nash Milner '28, and Wyatt Harrison '29.
JV Baseball looks to keep the hot bats going on Tuesday, April 8, when they visit rival Collegiate at 4:30 pm.
