On Saturday, April 6, the Saints traveled out to Benedictine College Prep to take on the Cadets in an afternoon doubleheader. 

In game 1 the Saints were propelled by hot bats, scoring nine runs throughout the game. The nine runs were just enough to hold off the Cadets' team 9-7. Similarly, in game two of the series, the Saints scored 9 runs but were able to put together a better defensive performance. They were able to take game two 9-5 and secure the sweep.

Next, JV Baseball will face crosstown rivals Collegiate in a Prep League clash. The game will be held on Tuesday, April 9 on Jacobs Field.
