The varsity football team racked up 409 yards of offense, much of it in the first three periods, in a 48-10 victory over Paul VI Saturday on Fall Festival.
Jeb Bemiss '16 completed 11 of 21 passes for 267 yards and four touchdowns and no interceptions. His favorite target was Justin Jasper '18, who caught four passes for 72 yards and two scores. John Damgard '17 hauled in two passes for 100 yards and a score, including a 67-yard TD to put the Saints up 14-0.
Charlie de Venoge '16 carried 12 times for 99 yards and two scores. He ripped off a 66-yard TD to answer a PVI field goal and give StC a 35-10 lead.
Defensively, Paul Thompson '17 racked up 10 tackles and recovered a fumble. The Saints had eight sacks of PVI, including two from Stefan Alston '16 and 1.5 from George Fisher '16 and Jack Spruill '16.
The Saints (5-2) will take on Trinity Episcopal next week at TES at 2 pm.
