JV Baseball traveled to Douglas Freeman on Thursday, April 3rd, following a close two-run loss on Tuesday to Miller. By the middle of the 2nd inning, the Saints held a 2-0 lead.

Notable performances in the 4-0 win came from two 8th graders, Avery Peay '29 and Wyatt Harrison '29, on the mound. Each only gave up 1 hit, with Avery having 8 strikeouts as well as an RBI and a walk at the plate. 

Freshmen Henry Rotter '28 and Connor Lacy '28 each got walked, with Lacy also batting in a runner. 

The Saints will look to continue this success against a tough opponent, Benedictine, this Saturday, April 4th, at home.
