The varsity indoor track team had a good session at StC Meet #2, getting a challenge from John Paul the Great but inevitably prevailing.

The Saints accumulated 139.5 points, while John Paul scored 102, Cosby High 48 and Henrico HS 18.

StC shined in the field events, as four of the individual wins came in that discipline:
Ford Hunter '25 (High Jump, 5-6); Victor Olesen '26 (Pole Vault, 17-3); Henry Rice '25 (Triple Jump, 46-0); Grayson Herndon '25 (Shot Put, 42-7.5).

Olesen and Rice's performance are currently top ranked in Virginia.

George Julias '26 almost made it a sweep of the field events, placing second in the long jump.

Maddox White '26 won the 55-meter dash with Addison Gosline '25, Jaerron Johnson '27 and Elisha Asare '26 take the three spots behind him.

Rice (12 points) and White (11) were the top scorers for StC.

The team will return to action Saturday, December 21 to host StC Meet #3.
