XC season underway
Team supports worthy cause at Byrd Park.
The upper school cross country team started its season Saturday, September 7 at Byrd Park at the SpeakUp 5K.
The event celebrates teen mental health, and is put on by the Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation. The Saints supported the event while using it as a tune-up as five StC runners crossed the finish line at the same time, practicing its pack mentality.
Up next is the RVA Relays at Pole Green Park on Saturday, September 14 at 3 p.m.
